Advertising Policy
SLJ SCAFFOLDING LTD
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Purpose and scope
This Advertising Policy sets out the standards that apply to campaigns delivered through the Quantovesta platform. It applies to all advertisers, agencies, and partners who buy, sell, or deliver inventory using the Services. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Principles
- Honest: advertising must be accurate and must not mislead people about a product, service, price, or offer.
- Safe: creative and destinations must not present a risk to people, to publishers, or to the reputation of the platform.
- Transparent: people should be able to understand who is advertising and, where required, why they are seeing an ad.
- Consent-aware: campaigns must respect applicable consent choices and data protection requirements.
3. Prohibited content
We do not allow campaigns that promote or facilitate:
- content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions where it is delivered;
- deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading offers, including fake functionality or false urgency;
- malware, spyware, or software that behaves deceptively;
- hate speech, harassment, or content inciting violence against people or groups;
- adult sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors;
- the sale of illegal goods, weapons, or regulated substances where prohibited;
- counterfeit goods or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
4. Restricted content
Some categories may be allowed only with additional review, limitations, or targeting restrictions, depending on the jurisdiction and channel. These include, for example, alcohol, gambling, political advertising, and health-related claims. Where a category is restricted, we may require documentation or limit where and how the campaign can run.
5. Creative standards
- Creative must not be designed to trick people into clicking, such as fake system warnings or disguised close controls.
- Ads must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content where required by the channel or by law.
- Landing pages must match the advertising that leads to them and must function as described.
- Creative must meet the format and technical requirements of the placements it is served to.
6. Data, targeting, and consent
- Audience data used in campaigns must be lawfully obtained and used with the necessary rights and consents.
- Sensitive categories of personal data must not be used to target advertising unless a lawful basis and any required consent are in place.
- Consent and opt-out signals that apply to a campaign must be respected during delivery.
- Advertisers must not attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated or de-identified data.
7. Brand safety and inventory quality
We apply content category controls, blocklists and allowlists, and placement-level review to give buyers control over where their creative appears. Supply is reviewed for quality, and traffic filtering is applied to reduce invalid activity.
8. Review and enforcement
Campaigns and creative may be reviewed before launch and during delivery. Where a campaign does not meet this policy we may pause it, require changes, restrict targeting, or suspend access in serious or repeated cases. We may also report unlawful content where required by law. Where practical, we will explain the reason for an enforcement action and how to request a review.
9. Reporting a concern
If you believe an ad delivered through the platform breaches this policy, contact us at [email protected] with details of the campaign or creative so we can investigate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Advertising Policy to reflect changes in law, industry practice, or platform capability. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
